Development and Construction Deals are primarily focused on Texas deals but will consider deals outside of Texas on a case-by-case basis.

In addition to the Construction Loan Program offered on this site by our Hedge Fund Lender we also offer SBA and USDA B&I Construction Loans up to $20 Million on Owner/User Commercial Real Estate in all States.
